"Elvis is the King... Of Hell" Quirky Watercolor Art Print
Well, rock and roll is the devil's music, and Elvis is the King, so it only makes sense that he'd be the king of hell.
The idea cracked me up, so then I had to draw him as a devil. Honestly, I love Elvis. (But to be fair lots of people love Elvis.)
However, the closest I've come to Elvis, is a bus driver who I talked to on a ride home via the bus for an hour, who mentioned how much he regretted not going with his friends to see Elvis in Vegas. That wasn't even an option for me, so at least I don't have to regret it.
Good gift for that friend who still adores the king, and has a devilish sense of humor. Who said that all artists/musicians go to hell? I don't remember, but I would like to think that if his voice didn't get him past the pearly gates that he's in an awfully comfy throne elsewhere.
